Ferg McCall opened his office in August 2022 and has already enjoyed great success.
Before joining Coversure, Ferg had worked in the insurance industry for 18 years for both a brokerage and an MGA. While he’d always harboured ambitions to open his own brokerage, he wanted to wait for the right opportunity to arise. That opportunity was becoming a Coversure franchisee.
Ferg found the whole onboarding process very smooth from his initial conversations with Rob Palmer, our Franchise Director, through to his FCA registration. The whole process took a matter of weeks, and before he knew it, Ferg was the proud owner of a successful independent insurance brokerage.
One of the main attractions of opening his own brokerage was for a better work-life balance and the flexibility that being your own boss can offer. Ferg found that the Coversure network was the right place for him to start his own brokerage. It’s allowed him the freedom to run his business his way but with the support of the wider business.
