The connected broker

At Coversure, being part of our network means more than just business – it’s about building relationships, sharing knowledge and continuous growth. Here’s how we keep our network members connected and supported every step of the way.

Knowledge sharing

1. Coversure Advisory Group (CAG)

The CAG was launched in 2022 to serve as the voice of our broker network. This dynamic group is made up of eight dedicated network members who actively engage with the Coversure leadership team to deliver long-term value to the network.

The CAG provides essential feedback, insights and guidance to help shape the future of Coversure’s business model and ensure that our operations align with the needs and goals of our members.

2. Central resource hub

The central resource hub is a one-stop platform where network members can find news, updates, support materials and a range of resources to help run and grow their businesses, including the Coversure forum – a unique space where members can connect with each other, ask questions, share best practices and offer advice. It’s a space for real-time discussions about challenges and successes, creating a peer support system where everyone can benefit from the collective knowledge and experience of the network. We have dedicated forums for:

  • Acturis
  • Business Development & Marketing
  • Compliance
  • Finance
  • IT updates
  • Operations
  • And more!

Connecting through events

3. Regional dinners

Our more informal networking events are held throughout the year, aimed at bringing our network members together in a more relaxed, social setting. These dinners are hosted in different regions, ensuring members across the country can participate.

4. Coversure Expo

The Coversure Expo is the flagship event of the year, bringing together the entire Coversure network with 300+ attendees, including network members, insurers, sponsors and delegates. The Expo serves as a pivotal moment to unite everyone for a day of learning, networking and celebrating achievements.

5. Development days

Coversure regularly hosts development days, where network members come together for in-depth learning, networking and collaboration. These events often feature industry experts, hands-on workshops and practical case studies to help network members tackle current challenges and grow their businesses.

Michael Eames-Harris

I feel connected within the Coversure network with events such as the Expo. It gives me a great opportunity to speak to other Coversure offices, alongside insurers, to get a feel for what’s happening out there in the Coversure world, and what’s happening out in the insurance market.

Michael Eames-Harris, Business Development Manager at Coversure Bromsgrove

Personalised brokerage support

6. Franchise Development Executives (FDEs)

FDEs are the first point of contact for network members, acting as personal advisors who help navigate the complexities of running a business. Whether you’re looking for operational support, business strategies or marketing insights, FDEs are here to ensure you have the resources and support needed to succeed.

What to expect:

  • Regular office visits to ensure ongoing support and guidance.
  • Personalised coaching on business plans, growth strategies and operational improvements.
  • Support with process reviews, M&A opportunities and scheme development.
  • Access to best practice insights drawn from the wider network, including lessons from other brokerages and benchmarking data.

7. Ongoing insights and best practices

Coversure provides access to the accumulated knowledge of brokerages across the network, offering network members the opportunity to learn from others’ successes and avoid common mistakes. By sharing best practices and real-life case studies, members gain a deep understanding of how to make better business decisions. Benefit from:

  • Real-world examples and success stories to inspire growth.
  • Data-driven insights that help members benchmark performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Knowledge-sharing opportunities through the forum, CAG and regular updates.

8. Personalised coaching and business strategy support

Coversure offers one-on-one coaching to network members, helping them craft effective business plans, define long-term goals and create actionable strategies for success. The coaching framework leverages proven methods to maximise performance and ensure consistent growth.

At Coversure, we want network members to thrive within a connected, supportive network. Whether it’s face-to-face events, ongoing personalised support or access to powerful resources, we nurture a community that empowers members to continuously grow, learn and succeed.

By joining Coversure, you become part of a collaborative ecosystem where you’re never alone.
